The “alleged” terrorist warning Americans... “Soon you’ll know who I am”.... appears to be 'Movsum Samadov', a Muslim who was released in January 2023 after serving 12 years for being a terrorist.

An Azerbaijani who was imprisoned for 12 years for a bunch of charges including and not limited to, arms trafficking, illicit use of weaponry, criminal premeditation, & Conspiracy Terrorism. He tried to overthrow the Azerbaijan Goverment and create a Shia government.
