The judges agreed in a 6-3 decision that the federal law forbids the secretary of education to cancel more than $430 billion in student loan debt.
In open defiance of the law, the U.S. Department of Education announced it “will begin notifying more than 804,000 borrowers that they have a total of $39 billion in Federal student loans that will be automatically discharged in the coming weeks.”

Women, generally, have different political desires from men. Women by and large vote for protection for themselves and their children. With the rapid rise in the proportion of unmarried women, there is a large tendency for these women to vote for a Husband or a Daddy. I was finally convinced of that some years ago by my sister and my mother-in-law. I have done an informal running survey of attitudes of the women I meet and find that that seems to be a good assessment. There is a minority proportion of women, which appears to be shrinking as the number of unmarrieds rises, that vote conservative and understand that big protective government is stifling and contrary to freedom.
I don't see a problem with that. We'll just set up toll booths at the Red River and collect a toll from all incoming vehicles with out of state license plates.
But wouldn’t you think that women would want more law and order and to stop the flow of illegals flooding in which are murdering American citizens?
Plus, DNA testing under President Trump revealed that 30% of minors crossing the border were not blood-related to the adults who accompanied them. You’d think women would want to protect those innocents being smuggled into the USA.

I’ve got to read the opinion to see what happened. The obvious response is what’s different between razor wire or a twenty-foot wall? Furthermore, the Feds ought to be ashamed of themselves, they not only aren’t controlling the invasion, they stop anyone who tries.
