Problem is, that the state government is stating it is an invasion. You need to click through that link. When you do you will find that these guarantees were placed into the Constitution to explicitly address the fears that states raised at the time of the constitution’s creation in the event a president is elected who chooses to do exactly what Biden is doing. Allowing an invasion of a state from either foreign or domestic peoples because of disagreements. The various states were not united, which is why they demanded that the Federal Government act in the event of invasions. The Federal Government made a pact with the states, in our constitution, and those pacts are what you are reading. Since the Federal Government boke that pact, the states are no longer bound by that pact with regard to immigration.

Incorrect. The sovereign states created the federal government but reserved powers to themselves. Jefferson noted that water can rise no higher than its source. The arrogant federalists centralized power in the federal government and are hostile to any attempt by the states to assert their rights, negating them. The gang of five at SCOTUS who joined this opinion are federalists, not actual conservatives. There is a difference.

I know that, however, the states demanded that the guarantees be included. Don't believe do some investigating by digging into what I provided deeper. Otherwise, explain why those items speaking on invasion are included in the constitution in the first place.đŸ™‚

It was to prevent a president like Biden from doing exactly what he is doing. Not following the Constitutional pact between the states & the Federal Government that the states deemed necessary to give the Federal Government exclusive domain over immigration. That was that the Federal had to respond to help quell either an invasion or insurrection. because they had already seen biases between states as well as border incursions from Mexico.

SCOTUS doesn't agree that criminal cartels engaged in the human trafficking of economic migrants is an invasion, just a refuge crisis. It's all in how the language of the constitution gets defined. If Trump takes office, he needs to call it an invasion. Then SCOTUS might behave itself.

He won, the election was stolen. And I well remember the huge following and fan club she had here. Also there was the Mitch McConnell problem. He would not move any nominee not on his list. He never went into recess for the entire Trump presidency to prevent recess appointments. He did for Obama, but not for Trump.

He won, the election was stolen.

His own nominees didn't just turn on him, they were part of the conspiracy against him from the beginning.

He should have figured it out a lot sooner, but he kept trying to work with the deep state in spite of everything they kept doing to him.

He tried to work with Paul Ryan and wasted a republican majority. He tried to work with Mitch McConnell. He should have been fighting them both from the beginning. He should have left offices unfilled rather than go along with them.

He even went along with Fauci, Birx, and the entire corrupt big pharma covid conspiracy, and still doesn't understand the degree to which the whole covid/vaccine con job was intended to destroy his presidency. He even still brags about it.
