Why do you have no concerns for those nations that suffered under Soviet Communism? Why do you view everything only from the Russian point of view? How would YOU ensure that those nations are never threatened by Russia again?
You seem to forget that the Soviet Union was an evil empire. They were guilty of the Cold War. They needed to prove that they were a trustworthy partner. They were in no position to dictate their terms because their economy collapsed and they were almost starving.
It is you who doesn’t listen to what the Russians say. Former Russian President Medvedev has repeatedly said that the Baltic states and even Poland should become parts of the Russian empire again. If this isn’t imperialism I don’t know what it is.
The Ukes suffered under the Soviet dictators almost as badly as the average Russian. You can say the same about all members of the former Warsaw Pact. Why do you have no sympathy for the Russians who had 25 million people slaughtered by Germany and six other of Hitler’s future NATO partners? When these same seven plus the U.S. and the other NATO members are attempting to park the largest offensive juggernaut in history on the Russian border, a days tank ride from Moscow, while screaming forced regime change in Moscow, yes, the Russians will react. You’d be a damned fool to not to take steps to counter the globohomo/neocon alliance in DC and Putin is no fool. He is a patriotic Russian who is fighting globalism. Unfortunately, we American patriots are very lonely as we try to counter the DC globalists and their hinterland neocon stooges.
