Like I’ve said before one way to see if something is at nature wrong or okay a little mental game is in order . Just switch things around. Instead of “too many pilots are white males” make it:
College and pro basketball teams are too black.
Recruit at least 50% of all players from now on and start them whom are white. Regardless if they can’t jump and are slow.
Just see the uproar that would result.
In my time with Lockheed Martin (1976-2016), I don't recall any using Vu-Graphs or a teleprompter to speak. (some occasions lent themselves to visual aids)

After 9/11, I made the decision not to fly anymore.
Because, I had so many miles, it might be my turn to be a statistic. Flying had become a real PIA as a passenger!
I didn’t need to aggravate that situation by exposing myself to a pilot, plane, crew and FAA air traffic controllers, who were probably all DEI…(before we knew about DEI.)
Just where is the board and it's fiduciary duties to the shareholders? How does being a drag queen and hosting drag shows improve safety and efficiency at the airline? Or are they just going to give away free suitcases of lingerie to queer kleptomaniac nuclear waste czars?
