Yeah, that does look like a Shure 55S (?). Should've used a vintage Neumann (the gold standard).

Telefunken U47 (aka Neumann U47) was THE microphone favored by Frank Sinatra for its exceptional midrange clarity for his vocals.

Fun fact...
Jim Morrison was a huge fan of Sinatra and when the Doors walked into Sunset Sound to record their first album, he spotted a U47 as the vocal mic.

IIRC, The Beatles also used a U47 at some point in their recordings.
