What we’re trying to prevent is the vigilantism.
I think we are saying the same thing. "Lynching" is part of the anarchy which is lawless.
Check out this link. It has some information on "vigilantes" of yore down in the article. These traditionally were not lynch mobs. It sounds more like where Hartford may be ultimately headed if the government doesn't straighten out it's act. These weren't KKK or similar mobs.
