OBSERVATION - For those living in and around these urban hell holes - I recommend doing what ever you can to get out of there -ASAP.

So many people are coming to Florida our housing prices are getting high. Our stores don't have their merch under lock and key - we have criminals under lock and key - that makes us more attractive. Citizens leaving democrat hellhole cities are welcome to Florida - but our housing prices are getting higher every day. Might want to move sooner rather than later.
That has been a component of the great migration of the past few years. Migrants to the snow covered Redoubt has also jacked home prices to infinity and beyond.
