Answer: nobody can remove or even modify the “Y” gene. It is lodged irrevocably in every cell of a biological male’s body, and the sheer scope of changing billions upon billions of cells, would render the change impossible to accomplish, even if the chromosome, by some strange quirk, could even be changed.
Transgender is not a real thing. It is transvestite behavior, adopting the dress and mannerisms of the opposite sex, or in extreme examples, major body mutilation and extreme hormone therapy, both of which are irreversible, and result only in creating a sterile neuter, unable to reproduce.
But maybe that is the objective. Darwin rules.
