Changing passcodes frequently will help limit exposure. Using different passcodes for each application will help limit damage.
Constant monitoring of banking records and any type of online merchant order system is essential. The fewer of these you have, the better.

I have a very sound reason to believe that Spectrum just sold or gave away all there customers email addresses. In any case they did not protect them. Scammers got them all directly from Spectrum somehow.
