I see Gay as getting her post at Harvard because she was a diversity, equity and inclusion candidate, not on the basis of strong academic qualifications.

AND the color of Ms Gay's skin is black AND she's a bully who has intimidated professors and administrators at the ghetto values hellhole school called 'Harvard'...

AND because guilty white liberals gain power by demonizing the black community - representing them all as thugs like Ms Gay...or as common criminals.
