Team Trump Issues Fiery Response After Radical-Left Colorado Supreme Court Disqualifies Him from 2024 Ballot and Vows an Immediate U.S. Supreme Court Appeal

the Trump campaign has weighed in on the Supreme Court’s outrageous ruling. Spokesman Steven Cheung unleashed a fiery response blasting the Court, Biden, and the radical left Soros group who brought the suit.

He also vowed the Trump campaign would take the case directly to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Unsurprisingly, the all-Democrat-appointed Colorado Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump, supporting a Soros-funded, left-wing group’s scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump’s name from the ballot and eliminating the rights of Colorado voters to vote for the candidate of their choice.

We have full confidence that the U.S. Supreme Court will quickly rule in our favor and finally put an end to these un-American lawsuits.

Not the reason why to do this. If they don’t it will become a normal part of the democrat toolbox everywhere for any election and any republican candidate.

Biden’s the dictator.

When was Trump convicted of insurrection?

When was Trump charged with insurrection?

Colorado used to be a red state but went all to Hell when they legalized pot. Morons from all over the country flooded into the state and now have firm control.

Trump hasn't been convicted of a thing. It's going to get overturned.

But yet again, the dems will be stepping on their dicks as they are setting themselves up for the same thing happening against them. Probably Hunter and then Dad, if still alive, for starters.

Dems = Wile E. Coyote, Trump = Road Runner

No predicate

No Precedent

Federal election, Therefore, No authority

First Amendment

Is fifth amendment

Is sex amendment

The fourteenth amendment states, which offices are bard upon a conviction comma the president is not named nor the Is chief executive for an peer pejorative

Lacking “anything there in not contained”, It fails the tenth amendment as well

Lastly, at this point, it is not signed and carries no effect as far as I know

But Hey, it makes their people feel good-for What amounts to “Feel Goodism”

>> Prison, reeducation camps, and a bullet to the head for the ones who won’t bend.

They’ll have to catch me with my guard down. The bullet to my head is certainly possible, but I’ll hopefully be making it more of a challenge by shooting back.

Just my 2c: I think that CO went to hell when it got Californicated. Legal pot is just one more consequence of Californication.

The 14th amendment clearly defines Congress as the body that decides this.

States may control the manner of electing Electors, but they don't have 14th amendment authority to decide insurrectionist bans.

All 7 judges on the Colorado Supreme Court are Democrats appointed by Democrat governors with the case funded by a moneyed Democrat organization and prosecuted by a Democrat AG and its decision enforced by a Democrat Secretary of State. Yet, the decision was still 4 to 3.The 4 Democrat functionaries picking up a paycheck for their no heavy lifting job are what are known in legal and judicial circles as the sleaze factor. Those 4 should be subjected to a do not retain campaign next election season.

Pretty sure impeachment does not qualify under the Constitution as providing due process. To my knowledge, Trump has never been charged, tried, or convicted of insurrection in any Federal jurisdiction. Rule #1 applies: All are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Ok I don’t know about that. But one way to look at it is that if he had been “convicted” by the Senate of incitement to insurrection, which is what he was impeached by the House Democrats for, you can bet that there would be a 50-state effort to disqualify him from running on that basis. So it seems to me that under the concept of double jeopardy, his acquittal by the Senate should definitively mean case closed and bar further action.

“I think the point of the Colorado decision was to waste the Supreme Court’s time with this.”

The strategy in everything the Democrat party does is pure Cloward/Piven; to overwhelm and collapse every aspect of our political and economic system so they can build a new system that they like, and with themselves firmly in control.

Once you recognize that, everything they’re doing will make perfect sense.
