Well yes, but like I said we should be focusing on the conspiracy not just where it manifested in 2020.
A red state or blue state can turn purple - now it is a “swing state” and the cities in it become targets next time. That election theft was a coordinated effort and it seems like we still know nothing about who coordinated it.
Wouldn’t there be whistleblowers or leaks or something?
In those 6 urban centers election fraud has been going on for decades! We’ve been too terrified of the race card to do anything about it. In 2020 it was industrialized on a huge scale!

But it was coordinated at the national level. There were similar events and similar timing in all 6.
They all had a history of corruption that goes way back like you said - but the 2020 theft was centrally planned and executed.
The only thing the “Hoi Polloi” low info voter will remember is she didn’t win. Not a good strategy!

Easy to do planning for those areas when you know there have never been any consequences for fraudulent election practices.
