Ah but the most serious crimes were not charged because they went past the statute of limitations. So the House can demand testimony on those items and not even need to give immunity. That is if they want to do this right.

The "fix" is that all charges against Hunter are federal and therefore pardonable by Joe. If the Republicans were smart, they'd take a page from the dems and have state (not federal) AGs from Republican states indict and convict Hunter for breaking state laws, thereby preventing a Joe pardon. Notice that the Hunter indictment makes no mention of Joe or his corrupt family members who are knee deep in Hunter's crimes. Republican state AGs should also go after Joe & his family for money laundering, bribery etc., again preventing Fed AGs like Weiss & Garland from protecting the Biden cartel.

Unlike the D party, Republicans are not playing to win.
