This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

“FReepCheck: FALSE. media says photo is from Dec. 6, 2023”
Go to the link you posted, below the photo, and see if you can find the following clue:
“Published 2:11 PM ET, November 30, 2018”
Or look inside the link itself, at the part which reads:
“2018/11/30”
P.S. That photo was from a G-20 meeting in Argentina.
Argentina is one of the 123 countries that Putin can no longer travel to, because of his ICC arrest warrant.
Times change.
‘My two cents, we will see”
I’ll add my two cents to that.
Look at the identified date and location of the picture I just posted.
Yes, Putin went to Saudi Arabia.
He needs the Saudis to cut their production (pay the bill), to drive oil prices higher. Also, Putin has accumulated a pile of Indian rupees that he needs to move into more usable currencies. Gulf Arabs are his best bet for being able to do that (at least a big chunk of it).
But Saudi Arabia paid the bill in 2023, and seem to be done doing that. They have been discussing adopting a strategy of opening the taps to shake out their competitors, which would crash Russia (they tried that against American shale oil producers a few years ago, but Russian production in deep Arctic is more vulnerable). MBS owns Putin. Xi owns Putin.
