A tragedy for Ukraine.

I would rather the world end in nuclear war than yield to Little Pukin.

The missiles landed in the Gulf of Aden approximately ten nautical miles from the ships.

The lesson learned is...It's impossible to hit a moving target using a ballistic (or hypersonic) missile.
Yuriy Ignat told what he calls May 13, 2023 "the Bryansk massacre". Then, "thanks to non-standard actions", the Patriot air defense units destroyed five aircraft at once in five minutes - one Su-34 fighter, one Su-35, two rare Mi-8MTPR-1 helicopters and another Mi-8.
Ignat added that shortly after these events, Patriot shot down another Su-35 over the Black Sea.

At the time, I guessed that one or two Patriot launchers were forward deployed with a NASAMs radar.
The missiles were guided via Link-16 connection between the NASAMs radar and the Patriot radar.
Once the missiles achieved "active track" then target destruction is certain.
Looks like Senate and House Republicans are on the same page as far as linking Border Policy changes with Israel and Ukraine aid. Both appear somewhat confident they can get a deal done this year.
“We don’t have the luxury of addressing glaring threats to our national security one at a time,” Mr. McConnell said. “Apparently, [Senate Democrats] are considering putting support for Israel on the chopping block unless we promise not to fix the border crisis they helped create.”
House Speaker Mike Johnson expressed greater optimism for reaching a bipartisan deal. The Louisiana Republican, speaking at an event in Florida, said he was “confident and optimistic” Congress will pass legislation before lawmakers skip town for the holidays in mid-December.
“I think all of that will come together in the coming days,” Mr. Johnson said.
