A, B are basic hospitalization and Professional services respectively and they are in the basic medicare benefit with premiums varying according to income. These are federal of course and do not very by state and there is no commercial carrier.

PLANS, not Parts, C, D, G and N are supplemental plans all having the same benefit supposedly but different administrators and costs vary greatly by the carrier. Plan F is not available any longer but some still have it if they are grandfathered.
