This Russian complains that 120 mm mortars received from Russian factory have only 4 portions of gunpowder instead of 9. This limits the range (maximum range should 9 km) and force them to expose themselves as the come closer to Ukrainian positions. Over 200 defective mortars
However, the Iranian and “another country” production comes with the regular 9 portions of gunpowder to reach the maximum range.
This is not an isolated issue but it has been reported in several places along the frontlines”
