You have to understand that Iran wants to sink US Navy warships. They want to be viewed internationally as a world power. Hezbollah may have Russian anti-ship missiles, but it is Iran that want to sink US Navy warships. Should the missiles be used, that dynamic between Hezbollah and Iran will play out.
