Oh well, they should just forgo the toxicology tests...Case closed!
Nobody drowns in a jacuzzi without drugs or alcohol involved, unless he had a stroke.
Oh hell no. He was wasted. Guaranteed. Poor guy has struggled with opiates and booze for decades.
Was there a drug clean up job at his house before medics were called?
Who discovered him?
He could have passed out. No one around.
My situation:
I have twice, both at home. Fortunately had my hubby near. Abt 30 min. before he found me. I was out for about 30 minutes before he found me. Still out when EMT got there. Started Krappra for seizures. Didn’t say I was epileptic tho.
I answered questions from EMT while out but never came too until waking up in hospital. Still don’t know who or what made me come to.
MRI showed calcium deposit in my brain. Too old, too much involved with other heath things to operate.
Second about a year later almost same month, passed out again standing in front of the TV. Fell on ceramic tile. Woke up screaming ...broke my hip. Gave me fentanyl. Had to give me morphine later. Still on Kappra. Now have peripheral vision loss in one eye. Nerve damage. Nothing they can do.
Good one.
Like “no alcohol was found in the empty liquor bottle beside his hand.”
Okay, no booze was involved then.
Alcohol is equally as lethal
