I believe it was targeted. Even though Israel got caught flat footed on the attack, they still knew where the HAMAS leaders lived.

“knew where the HAMAS leaders lived” I suspect you are correct and we (US) should know this as well.

I’m thinking (72 x X) might end up being a huge number.
