When the COVID-19 pandemic spread all over the world in early 2020, the Chinese government covered up its origin. The Chinese cover up quickly extended to US academics with conflicts of interest, prestigious medical journals, the media, and the key advisor to the US President, Anthony Fauci.
It was an orchestrated effort to hide the obvious, which was too painful to admit, that the pandemic was highly likely caused by a lab leak in Wuhan, and that the virus, SARS-CoV-2, was highly likely manufactured at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. In this lab, researchers take a harmless virus and make it deadly by genetic modification in so-called gain-of-function experiments.
The cover-up was highly effective. It shaped the public opinion that the virus had a natural origin and had spread from animals to humans, even though not a single thread of evidence in support of this idea has ever been produced. Chinese censorship and threats against those who knew better won the first round but the game has now been lost.

Punishment and accountability for this mess of “gain of function”, who paid for it (fauchi), the MRNA shots, the profiteering, the loss of jobs all of this mess; will never see the light of day. Never. Lady justice has been raped and killed and her scales thrown away.

You’re incorrect about the furin cleavage site not being in these classes of some corona viruses.
If it was engineered it’s possible they put one in because of this.
But it’s not established it was engineered or selected via gain of function.
It’s possible but I have not seen the data.
I’ll reiterate, I don’t think it matters in that, natural isolate or manipulated, it came from there and was lied about and covered up.

You misconstrue. By natural I mean wild type. I do not mean came from wet market animals.
It came from the lab either way.
I also agree there is a distinction if it was deliberately released vs accidentally.
I think Chicomland is too corrupt to maintain necessary safety in such labs.
Professionalism is lacking. I can see cutting corners in bio waste disposal.
I want to see Fauci and a few others on the end of a rope.
