Suffering is in the Russian DNA. If it wasn’t there they’d start it up. Dishing it out or receiving end-doesn’t matter.
It does seem just that way.

They had so much potential.
Great scientists and musicians and many other aspects of creativity.
But they turned and chose a dark path and wasted so much potential .
