The black vote is irrelevant. 95% for the Democrat, guaranteed.Usually. But if they stay home or it's less than 95%, then it makes a difference. They went all out for Obama in 2008 and 2012. North Carolina and Indiana turned blue in 2008.
The world is ever changing and has been. IMO VP Harris will
be a part of the upcoming process. At some point in some
manner the democrats are hoping for her to be the first female
president of the USA. jmo
