I am unaware of the treaty by which Ukraine ceded Crimea to Russia. Please inform me.

The only person who ever declared Crimea belonged to The Ukraine was Nikita Khrushchev. So please, go on and tell me how a Communist dictator’s 1950s edict that historically and ethnically Russian territory should be considered sacred today.
