They didn’t sound very black after they hit the poor man, and the it was hard to tell what they were in the brief glimpses.

Slow it down at around 10 seconds. Looks very caucasian.
Look carefully . The passenger is definitely black . Not sure about the driver . Appears to be white but could be a mulatto I suppose .
