You’re another one who didn’t read the article. It said “the US OR UKRAINIAN government,” as even the author doesn’t know.
But you, along with so many others on this thread, are quick to assume — without evidence — that it was the US. That is so typical of you guys: You assume facts not in evidence, jump to conclusions, and rush to judgment; all actions of someone who has no cogent argument to make.
