This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

Calling someone a RuZZian on FR is considered an insult.
Calling someone a Comrade on FR is considered an insult.
Summarizing this war:
A tragedy for Ukraine.
A disaster for RuZZia.
A strategic win for the USA. The biggest winner of the war.
“More than three decades after Reagan left office, most Republicans still believe that America is a force for good.”
“Ukrainian forces may be attempting to breach the Russian tank ditch between Verbove and Robotyne. Quick Thread. NASA’s VIIRS sensor picked up heat anomalies next to a segment of the tank ditch on August 27 near 35.9136801°E 47.4222758°N.
Imagery collected on August 28 shows extensive brush burns marks near the tank ditch and even some burns between the ditch and the dragon’s teeth (circled in red).
An alternative hypothesis is that these observed burns could be from Ukrainian indirect fire against Russian forces in the area, but I think that’s unlikely given Russian forces are deployed in the hedgerows and fighting positions largely separate of the tank ditche
Russian sources also report a Ukrainian advance. Wargonzo reported on AUG 27 that that the current Ukrainian frontline is 4km from Verbove following a Ukrainian advance. The observed burns are consistent with this Russian report & are almost exactly 4km west of Verbove.
Russian milblogger Rybar’s latest map from August 28 paints a similar story, showing Ukrainian forces closer to Verbove. The map notably shows Ukrainian forces right up against the Russian tank ditch, in the same area where the observed burn marks are.”

The Drunk is awake again.
““The consent of the West to Ukraine’s strikes on Crimea is a casus belli and gives the Russian Federation the opportunity to act ‘against everyone’ in NATO,” Dmitri Medvedev said.”

“Putin’s war is forcing Russians to ditch a favorite holiday destination”
“For more than nine years, Russian tourists vacationing in Crimea didn’t need to give much thought to the fact that their country was waging war on Ukraine - or that their sun lounger was parked on occupied territory.
But with Kyiv’s counteroffensive underway, the southern Ukrainian peninsula is no longer the safe haven such holidaymakers had become accustomed to since Moscow annexed it in 2014.
Crimea has experienced a spate of attacks in recent weeks, including a seaborne raid by Ukrainian special forces on Thursday and a series of drone attacks on Friday. The bridges that connect Crimea to Russia and to southern Ukrainian areas under Russian control have been struck repeatedly in recent months.”

Remember, things are still pretty good in the Ole USA.
Peak China
“Lies, damned lies, and statistics” and then China’s official numbers.
“China’s Economic Outlook: Pep Talks Up Top, Gloom on the Ground”
“Beijing has characterized concerns about the economic slowdown as being inflated by Western critics. Widespread anxiety and pessimism paint a different picture.”
“To the residents and business owners of Chedun, a working-class neighborhood in the southwestern outskirts of Shanghai, the signs of an anemic economy are all around. The factories that once drew workers from around the country have moved away. Those that remain have slashed wages. Around the affordable eateries and motley shops where workers once crowded, employees eagerly latch onto anyone passing by.
“No one has money now, it’s obvious,” Cherry Qian, 25, said as she sat inside the electronics store she manages, which on Sunday afternoon had seen only one customer.
But there’s one place the downturn isn’t as obvious: in the government’s account of it.”
“Paid Late, or Never: Painters, Builders and Brokers Hit by China’s Property Crisis”
“As a real estate meltdown ripples through the economy, small businesses and workers are owed hundreds of billions of dollars, and new projects have dried up.”
“Once a beneficiary of China’s property boom, Lan Mingqiang is now an unwitting casualty of its unraveling.
The financial troubles at one real estate company, Country Garden, have left him unable to pay the school fees for his son, who is starting seventh grade. Country Garden owes $21,000 to his company, which makes fences and billboards on construction sites. Now, with Country Garden days away from a default, this money is more out of reach than ever.
“Nowadays, real estate is hard,” Mr. Lan said. He recently gave up on the business and left his family in the southern city of Chongqing to try to make a living selling snacks to tourists in Zhengzhou, a city in the north of China.“
“She Rose From Poverty as China Prospered. Then It Made Her Poor Again.”
“Sun Junli is one of many small-business owners, the backbone of China’s economy, who lost everything to a change in government policy.”
“Two years ago, as she walked through a hospital hallway in handcuffs and shackles to get tested for Covid, Sun Junli felt ashamed and defeated. At 45, she had come a long way. The poor village girl in northwestern China had become a successful businesswoman.
Then she was crushed.
In 2018, state-owned banks abruptly stopped lending to her business, a chain of cafe restaurants, and the pandemic destroyed her cash flow. By May 2021, Ms. Sun had lost her restaurants, and she was serving 16 days in detention for owing her employees about $28,000 in wages.
Weeks after her release, a court would seize her two-bedroom apartment in Xianyang in Shaanxi Province and her Toyota Camry because she was insolvent, and put her on a national blacklist. She can no longer book a hotel room or a plane ticket, or take out a loan.“
“It is reported that the Mi-8 helicopter crashed in the Chelyabinsk region of the Russian Federation.”

“Reported as the left bank of the Kherson region near the Antonivskyi bridge (likely Dachi). The Ukrainian flag is raised.
For several weeks, Ukrainian forces have maintained and expanded a bridgehead there.
Exact date of the footage is unknown.”

Up and at’em early today
Feel free dimitri, you can’t handle Ukraine, interesting to see how you would deal with NATO airpower and a much wider front.
I imagine your manning of your borders including that nice new long one along by Finland is ripe for the picking
Before anyone thinks I am advocating this, I am not just responding to the drunks words and assertions
WTF
Now civilians are being targeted again?
Does anyone know if those are Ukr or Russ attackers controlling the drone?
It comments about speedy commenting, love it
Good morning or evening perhaps
My Lab. She is 10 years old.
She’s killing me. Barked at 4am. Put her out. She stood on the back porch for 30 seconds and then came back to the door to get in.
Couldn’t go back to sleep.
