Reminds me of Biden’s kitchen fire 20 years ago.
It shows how fickle fires can be: Utter damage, just piles of ash; and eight feet away a building is untouched, without so much as a smudge.
I’ve been watching Hawaii Real Estate YouTube channel since the fire.
He seems sincere & has been doing a good job showing actual conditions on the ground.

I remember back in 90’s in an affluent neighborhood in SoCal south of Oceanside, there was a big fire that went from house to house burning down entire neighborhoods because the houses had old wooden shake roofs that were all dried out. The slightest ember would get them burning. There was no stopping the fire from spreading. Really tragic, just like this one. Probably happened on a dry windy day too.
