I finally found the targets mentioned in the excerpt on page 68 of the PDF. Sure enough, “ambitious target” of zero-per-day or meat and dairy, and even the “progressive target” of 16kg meat per person per year amounts to 1.5 ounces per person per day.
Of course, their credibility cratered with their target of “2,500 kcals” per person per day (that’s 2.5 MILLION calories) Obviously, quality was not “Job 1” with these ninnies. And with no meat, dairy, etc. where are even 2,500 calories per day coming from...sugar?
Makes no sense. But nonsense is par for the course with these ninnies, er 'best and brightest.'
