There are no Presidential elections in the Constitution.
I expect the 50 State Legislatures to appoint 535 Electors, whether there is any voting or not. On the second Monday in December, the 535 will assemble in their State capitals (along with the 3 electors the States unwiselybgavw Congress in 1960) and appoint the next President, as they are supposed to do.
Frankly, I would prefer that the “election” be cancelled. We need a break from all this “our democracy” crap.
