We desperately need to withdraw judicial and prosecutorial immunity. At least we need some meaningful means of checking their power. Right now, these prosecutors and judges have every incentive to break the law and constitutional rights of their targets in order to further their aims, cases, wins, careers.
Because scotus has given them protection from civil litigation for actions committed in the process of conducting their jobs for reasons of preventing harassment by defendant lawsuits, the pendulum has swung too far towards favoring the government.
At least there should be some means of penalizing, fining, investigating or revoking their law licenses for these civil rights abuses. These judges and prosecutors need to pause and reflect before they do these things..

We do. It’s called war. No civilized remedies remain when your opposition flouts the rule of law and even weaponizes the government against you.

The treachery of the left is limited only by what they believe they can get away with.
