The concrete strips visible on the right side of the road are 6-8 feet so you can use that.
Which makes in HIMARS size - there was a very LR HIMARS hit some time back that was supposed to be impossible, but it happened. Ukraine was the USSR weapons factory so its very possible they made some mod to the HIMARS system.
