Why does California keep tripping up against China whenever there is a sketchy COVID issue?
We may not have the answer yet, but at least we are peeling back the layers of the mysterious Chinese COVID lab in Reedley, CA which code enforcement officer discovered.
The Globe spoke with Reedley Code Enforcement Officer Jesalyn Harper, and it was fruitful.

Other companies China owns are Legendary Entertainment Group, The Waldorf-Astoria, Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Riot Games, Sheraton Universal Hotel, Marriott Downtown Los Angeles, Ingram Micro, Motorola Mobility, Terex Corp, Teledyne Continental Motors and Mattituck Services, Tiktok owned by Beijing ByteDance...There’s more. And there are more labs floating around the US that are working on the same scale as the Prestige in Reedley. Prestige is owned by American Pacific International Capital Inc., a California corporation owned by Gordon Tang and Huaidan Chen, a married couple who are citizens of China and permanent residents of Singapore.
