Step 3. Win Elections by 20% because the fraudsters are too afraid to mess with you.
That would be in place in Florida, who got that done ??
When I see slamming the Dominion machines, I name off 4 other areas that are much bigger issues than electronic voting machines, with elections around the country.

Ballot Harvesting
Dirty or Fraudulent voter rolls
The last 3 combined are especially dangerous to the election process.
If you have thousands of people on the voter rolls who should not be there, you mail them ballots, those ballots get harvested and get mailed or turned in, they will get counted and a 100% hand count will not change the outcome and there will be no court anywhere that will alter the outcome, regardless if you file a million court cases.
