“”Court documents describe the conditions under which the mice were housed as “inhumane.””
Who in the dickens cares if the conditions were inhumane??? Oh! of course, the democrats would!!!! Are we going to hold our breath waiting for the MSM to report on it? This is serious and we certainly can’t count on the CDC to take charge. They probably encouraged it!
People need to refresh their memories with the book “Hot Zone”....monkeys for Ebola research in VA. Unless one ran across the book, one wouldn’t know that such a thing came so close to setting off an epidemic here.
Let s not overlook an important fact:
There is no way you can have 900+ mice and not have some of them escape.
You can bet money that one or more, and my bet is on a lot more, have escaped and whatever they are carrying is now out there.
It might be a few weeks before a human shows signs of infection, but it is coming.
Right you are…
While research animal welfare laws generally do not apply to mice, legitimate researchers do make the effort to treat the animals humanely. Research involving mice go through the same ethical reviews as research involving other animals that are subject to animal welfare laws.
The fact that these mice were kept in inhumane conditions is further evidence that this lab was operating clandestinely, outside of legal parameters.
