Now, Archer is set to testify before the House Oversight Committee in its probe of the Bidens – although he has already rescheduled three times after receiving a subpoena.
Archer's transcribed interview will take place behind closed doors, according to an aide, who noted such appearances are usually led by committee staff. No exact date given, just "set to testify".
