Bibi wants to limit the judiciary from using doctrine, dogma, religion, and political philosophy from overriding laws enacted by elected officials. He also wants the judiciary to be elected by the people.
And this is creating a dictatorship and destroying democracy?

The Left currently controls the Court. They don’t want to give up any control, once gained.
I know several people in Israel who are alarmed at what Bibi is doing. I’ve explained why I think it is exactly what Israel needs.
We need to fix our Judicial system too.
Unelected judges shouldn’t be able to override the Exec and Legisative branches willy nilly.
Try that here and our leftists will go nuts too.
