What explosive ordinance disposal team would blow up a tiny zip lock bag of powder they thought was explosives ? It’s not a nuke. Not enough to out bang a fire cracker.

While I don't discount the stupidity and vindictiveness of the feral govt., this is just a congressman saying this. Where is the official govt. statement that this is what happened?
