Americans already have their heads up their asses. No distraction needed. Do you think the MSM is going to report on ANYTHING that put the democrats in a bad light? The MSM has a list of distractions a mile long, waiting on the shelf.
A few questions to your response:
1: trumps base does not listen to Ms. They tend to watch the hearings or get distracted bickering online with news like what trump released today. Now the base would have been exhausted of the liberal bs quickly and stopped caring about making their points before the Wednesday hearings if the announcement was Monday. They would have watched the hearings dutifully. Because the announcement was a day later, many who would have watched will be busy arguing about trump online and pick up the “clips” later.
I honestly listed some of my hypothesis for reason sake... (do not discount based on bias) however I do think timing is intentional. I hope that someone an show how this is a service to our nation and not trump
