I read the other day that Smith asked that the August trial date be moved farther out. WTF? He was in such a hot hurry to indict Trump, but now wants the trial date extended? Why? Either you have a case or you don’t. Either you’re ready to prosecute your case in court, or you aren’t. Why indict someone if you’re not ready to take it to trial? Aren’t you supposed to have all your ducks in a row before you call a grand jury to indict the person you are targeting? Smith is a corrupt POS.
Judge Cannon is doing just what any honest judge would do.
A defendant and his attorneys have every right to talk to and depose all of them.
Can’t wait for the discovery demands and demands for depositions with Deep State individuals, including non-government people like Hillary Comey, Meuller, and many others.
Deep State actors like Wray can avoid answering to Congress. Trying that with a Judge won’t go over so well.
