Unfortunately, the GLSDB is too late, as Russia has already shot all of them down. They have also now destroyed all of the M142 and M270 launchers. The soon to be donated F-16s have also been destroyed. Storm Shadows too. Nothing escapes the Russian MoD's "clobber report". It is 1,573% effective.

More seriously, this new weapon, even though "ready" according to the manufacturer, still has to complete testing and red tape required by the government. A year to get approved during peace time is fast. It's a great weapon, and relatively cheap. Hopefully we make a nice stock pile for our own US Army and USMC.
