Where did you get information that Smith omitted anything in what was presented to the Miami grand jury? I haven’t seen anything like that reported. The only thing I saw was a post from Paul Sperry claiming that Smith altered evidence by omitting a word from a quote in one part of the indictment, the the whole quote was included later in the document.

I think the main point of the Trump conversation about General Milley's plan to attack Iran was that Trump was completely SHOCKED that Milley wanted Trump to START a major shooting war with Iran.

Trump was NEVER going to get in a major shooting war with Iran unless Iran attacked the USA first.

I think what matters most is if the jury is made up of retards or smart people. If smart they just ask for all the stuff like supporting documents, evidence stuff like that. If they don’t get what they want then vote to acquit. simple.

For example, in paragraph 6a on page 3, we hear about the recording of the Bedminster call, which the MSNBC’s of the world have been beating a dead horse about for quite a while based on such leaks. This means that Trump lawyers could not possibly be the source of the leaks. Ergo, the leaks are coming from DOJ.

I think they did this one quickly to indict as a diversion from the FBI forms the House Reps saw about Biden. On another thread I posted a Tweet from Ric Grenell who has worked with Smith and he said he was highly emotional and made a lot of mistakes.

Is there enough for a Trump-nominated judge to dismiss the charges with prejudice and sanction the government? Would a judge do this? And if they did, would Smith just turn his attention to his ongoing efforts in DC?

Sorry to be the harbinger of doom but this is leading up to the DEEP STATE'S only alternative being to try and ASSASSINATE President Trump before the 2024 election.
