It's not clear if the Constitution allows for the indictment and prosecution of a sitting president - the only remedy the Constitution mentions for misdeeds by a president is impeachment. But prosecutors can and should immediately go after Biden's crack-head son, and after Hillary. Biden himself becomes fair game after he leaves the presidency.

That may be true but the constitution doesn’t protect Hunter Biden and other family members and as I said the day after Biden himself leaves office he gets indicted as well

As far as the constitution, indict him anyway, since when has the constitution stopped the democrats
