I just asked a question. I voted for Trump twice and will again.
But, to say there is no GOP without Trump is just rhetoric. Since his election in 2016 the GOP has been losing power.
Those among us who are mentally weak will eagerly go back to the good old days ( pre Trump ) and pretend with child like glee that the US government is not totally corrupt to it’s core and that we actually have oversight over the Federal bureaucracy. I put you in that category.

I’ve known about the government corruption for 35+ years.
I admire Trump for taking it on. However, losing to a mentally deficient old man has only accelerated the corruption.

And just once I’d love to see a one-on-one debate between DeSanctus and Trump. Remember how Trump took Jeb Bush apart in those “Can’t Stump the Trump” moments?
