The posted link leads to two interesting videos. The first of almost 6 minutes is a detailed report on Ukraine tactics and activity all along the lines between Ukraine and Russian soldiers. It also explains the difference between Ukraine and Russian on site goals and tactics, and why the Ukraine approach is more successful.

The following 27 minute video goes into great detail on the conflicts between soldiers and commanders, and particulary how Russian methodology has not worked well for Putin’s success. On the other hand it shows how different approach has worked well for Ukraine. US volunteer army is also looked at. I stopped after the first 10 minutes, but plan to finish seeing this useful analysis when my work day is over.
