The conclusions of the coroner in this case were ridiculous and incredibly speculative. They essentially said that Lori Klausutis had mitral valve prolapse (probably many FReepers have been told they have this) and had an arrhythmia because of this (can't make that diagnosis on an autopsy in ANY way), lost consciousness because of the arrhythmia, fell, hit her head on the corner of a desk, got a subdural hematoma, and consequently died.

I can't imagine any legitimate physician putting their name on such a contrived and speculative report. That the media took this explanation, believed and parroted it, and actually chastised those who questioned it is just another example of how inept and partisan the media truly are.
