The dam had structural damage from HIMARS hits.
It was collapsed by dumping water from a larger dam upstream.
BTW, they still doing water upstream.

Ukraine never hit the bridge with HIMARS.

It took a lot of himars to just punch holes in the Kerch DECK.

Himars will just bounce off the massive concrete thickness of a dam.
