This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

Estimate of RuZZian casualties now at 250,000.
Previously, Last estimate I remember was 220,000.
“Gen. Mark A. Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, estimated in a recent interview with Foreign Affairs that Russia has suffered as many as 250,000 dead and wounded since its full-scale invasion began — staggering losses for any conflict.”

Putin is afraid of more sanctions, too. Lots of western businesses are still operating in Russia and paying taxes to Russian government. A major hybrid attack on west would risk that.
“Pentagon awards SpaceX with Ukraine contract for Starlink satellite internet”
“The Pentagon said Thursday it has agreed to purchase Starlink satellite internet terminals from Elon Musk’s SpaceX for use in Ukraine as Kyiv continues to fight off a full-scale Russian invasion.
“We continue to work with a range of global partners to ensure Ukraine has the satellite and communication capabilities they need. Satellite communications constitute a vital layer in Ukraine’s overall communications network and the department contracts with Starlink for services of this type,” the Pentagon said in a statement to CNBC.”

The Russians have deployed a TOS-1A system in the #Belgorod region and the pro-Telegram channels 🇷🇺proudly announce that the strikes are carried out on the territory of the city of #Shebekino in the same region.
They are thermobaric explosives.
This is madness.

China’s Missile Threat Drives New U.S. Approach in Asia”
“U.S. military planners, worried Pacific bases are vulnerable, are dispersing assets to make them harder to eliminate”
“At this tiny commercial airport near the northern tip of the Philippines, tents for U.S. military equipment and troops dotted the tarmac alongside U.S. Army helicopters during recent training exercises.
It is one of a growing number of outposts for American forces in the Asia-Pacific region designed to meet the rising military challenge from China.
It is also part of a shift away from a heavy reliance on big military bases that have been the linchpin of the American presence in Asia for decades. Such bases are increasingly vulnerable as Beijing’s missile arsenal grows larger and more technologically advanced.
By dispersing weaponry, troops and command posts among smaller outposts such as Lal-Lo, the U.S. hopes to make it harder for Beijing to strike a decisive blow by crippling any single military facility.
“The threat to fixed bases from the People’s Liberation Army Rocket Force, given its extraordinary growth in capabilities in the last few years, is front and center,” said Thomas Shugart, a senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security, a Washington, D.C. think tank.”

Explosions in Kursk right now. Ukrainian drone attack in progress.

“Systems”. Not just reloads.
That could be big - maybe worth waiting for
Kursk how appropriate
I would like to think that launchers could be positioned closer to the front, integrated with radar. Russian aircraft need to be taken down at greater numbers. Aircraft and esp pilots are harder to replace far more than tanks and other systems
Additionally I think the drone attacks have several purposes, one is to not only show that Russian air defenses are not all that, but to identify radar units and lastly to bring a bit of the war to the elites and Moscow who have basically been immune to the war
The attacks into Russia proper are also showing Russian weakness, bringing the war home and forcing Russians to redeploy and they are quite vulnerable at that point
Lastly the attacks on infrastructure esp oil and gas could have more of an effect on the economy than even sanctions.
“The attacks into Russia proper are also showing Russian weakness, bringing the war home”
I think that is one of the big effects that we hope to see achieved this year - a consensus developing in Russian public opinion that this war was a disastrous mistake - even if they can’t say so in public.
