In other words...the Storm before the Storm.
It is my understanding that Storm Shadows and Scalps can be software modified to limit their range.
I have also read that some of the high-tech systems being supplied will only work within Ukraine.
Better new is there are thousands of those missiles - Storm Shadow and Scalp EGs ( Scalp-EM was rejected as being too over-the-top. )
